Return Process

  Log in to your Group D account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with all original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

  Receive Your Refund
